| Quick Hits (items of interest) 1. 2005 Spring Training - Well we just returned from our most successful spring training trip ever. We did sell a few bats but that was not was successful about it, well OK maybe it was but the most impressive part for us was the reception we recieved from the players. Last year when we talked to the players they were like MASH BATS, I've never heard of you guys. This year was a bit different, we got a lot of Mash Bats, yeah I've seen those. I heard they are the hardest bats out there. I need to try these. It's kind of funny seeing these big leaguers scamper around so they can talk to you. Let me tell you it was a great feeling since all of the red tape involved in the MLB approval process almost made me make an unthinkable decision. We will be updating out PRO PLAYER PAGE shortly so have a look and see who is giving us a shot. 2. 2004 Season - The 2004 has just started and we've been busy. Vernon Wells, Kevin Cash and Tom Wilson will be hitting the field with their Mash Bats. They won't be alone. We have some new players who are giving our bats a try. Players like Bernie Williams, Jorge Posada, Ruben Sierra, Phil Nevin, Brian Giles, Mike Young and Brian Jordan to name a few. Visit our proplayers page for a complete list. 3. New Logo - We have streamlined our logo a little bit. Have a look and let us know what you think.
4. First Big League - we've had a milestone at Mash Bats in 2002. Our first Big League hit was recorded by Dave Berg of the Jays. On Wednesday night (June 12, 2002) he hit a double down the right field line against the Giants.
